Team IQ (the smart choice in Bar B Q) competed in the 1st Annual “Holy Smokers” Bar B Q Competition at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Valley Park this past weekend. The team members are Dean & Terri Sullivan, Dan & Charleen Durbin, John Munn and Scott Sullivan. Dan won 1st place in The Peoples Choice with his Pulled Pork Fritters and 3rd place in Chicken. John won 4th place in Beef Brisket. Dan also won 5th place in Pulled Pork. Terri won 8th place in Bloody Mary. Dean won 11th place in Ribs. The team placed in 7th overall.

Plan on sampling some of their award winning Bar B Q at one of the tournaments in the 2010 season.
